Attending the Management Development Programme at IIM Kozhikode, organised for CA Rank Holders, was an enriching and transformative experience. The programme provided valuable insights into leadership, strategy and management through engaging sessions by distinguished faculty and industry experts. It was also a wonderful opportunity to interact and network with fellow rank holders from across the country. I sincerely appreciate ICAI’s efforts for creating such a prestigious platform that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

The MDP arranged for CA Rankholders was a truly memorable experience filled with learning, fun and meaningful interactions with fellow rankers from across the country. One of the most special parts of the program was getting to stay and learn at the beautiful IIM Kozhikode campus, which made the experience even more inspiring and surreal. I would sincerely like to thank ICAI for organizing such an enriching program. The MDP organised by ICAI at IIM-K was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us- i was privileged to be part of it and it proved to be highly resourceful where we were taught practical skills of team spirit, public speak, technical aspects as well . The MDP held at IIMK for January 26 rank holders was a 10days journey of learning, iterating and making endless memories through conversations with mentors and peer. It's an experience that will always be cherished by me in my onward journey.
